Multigrain Blue Berry Pancakes - Vegan
For weekend mornings when you are bored and don't want to eat traditional breakfasts try this simple, easy and low-calorie healthy pancake option! It just takes 20 minutes from scratch to prepare and pancakes are super fluffy and delicious.
I have adapted this recipe to make this diabetic friendly and used only 1.5 tablespoon sugar but if you have sweet tooth and like more sugar. You can add up to 3 tablespoons of sugar. Instead of plain flour, I have used the multigrain as it is a healthy choice. It turned out so yummy, my son kept coming back for more.
